Head Chef

Castellucci Hospitality Group is seeking a Head Chef for their Michelin-starred omakase-style, live-fire Steakhouse. The restaurant features a Chef's counter with 20 seats and a small la carte menu available in the cocktail bar. The Head Chef will lead the kitchen team, work at the Chef's counter, and collaborate with the executive chef to create a seasonal menu emphasizing Japanese technique and ingredients. Previous Japanese cuisine experience is not mandatory, but a reverence for Japanese cuisine and a willingness to learn are essential.
