- ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- willingness to work outdoors in heavy snow, rain, and summer heat

- operate de-icing equipment

- drive pushback tugs and other ground support vehicles

- perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly
