- 0-2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Open availability preferred
- Capacity to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Reduce food waste and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
