Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Must meet local minimum wage requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting
- Compliance with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Reliable transportation to store location
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to engage with customers effectively
- Basic knowledge of inventory and display maintenance
- Ability to operate paint mixing and fabric cutting equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain hobbies and home improvement displays
- Ensure displays are orderly throughout the day
- Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required
- Adhere to safety and company policies
- Support store operations during mid-shift and closing hours
