- Experience managing restaurants with annual sales over $4 million
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and systems
- Knowledge of food service management or culinary programs preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective organizational and delegation abilities
- Commitment to maintaining high operational and service standards
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to analyze financial reports and operational data
- Valid food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health standards
- Oversee staff scheduling and deployment
- Provide coaching and development for team members
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain financial performance including budgeting and cost control
