Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage profitability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry trays up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications
