Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management including leadership roles
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving business results and managing profitability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and carry trays up to 50 pounds stand walk bend reach and demonstrate manual dexterity
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in diverse temperature conditions
Job Qualifications
