In this leadership role, the successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing the restaurant’s standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and excellent service. The restaurant manager will create and maintain an environment that offers the best possible guest experience while managing day-to-day business operations, staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. This position requires a hands-on leader who is dependable, organized, and capable of motivating a team under pressure while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, will be necessary to meet the demands of the business. Job Requirements
- 3 plus years experience in the restaurant industry
- prior management experience required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal communication skills
