Job Qualifications
- At least one year of management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail
- Proven sales skills with ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills

- Comfortable with technology and AI-driven tools for business efficiency and growth
Job Duties
- Lead and inspire a team of Flexologists and Sales Associates
- Drive sales growth through innovative marketing and community outreach
- Deliver outstanding client experiences to ensure member satisfaction and retention
- Manage daily studio operations including scheduling, budgeting, and performance metrics
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve individual and studio-wide goals
- Oversee membership building efforts and sales strategies
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach to operational management
