Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- less than 1 year clerical or administrative experience required
- insurance or customer service experience preferred
- BLS certification required in Employee Health and may be required at other locations within 90 days of hire
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT and computer proficiency
- basic math skills
- knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing helpful
