Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in butchery or culinary preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle butchery equipment safely
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in butchery or culinary arts
- Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP
- Ability to operate and maintain butchery equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production targets
- Good communication skills
