Job Requirements

- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and relevant hotel experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Demonstrated professionalism and warm customer service attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Manage reservations accurately
- Report daily to the Front Office Manager or Supervisor
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
