Job Duties

Prepares meals and food items for patients and cafeteria patrons and assisted with food production for catered functions
uses cleans and sanitizes equipment utensils and kitchen facilities under supervisor direction
uses equipment including tilt fryers steam kettles ovens warmers mixers slicers buffalo choppers food processors fryers grills knives and dish machines
performs food preparation duties utilizing proper food handling techniques and following HACCP guidelines
prepares floor stocks and nourishments for patient care areas
completes all safety training and adheres to safety procedures in daily operations
