- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and support food service staff across various work areas
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and quality standards
- Train and mentor new team members
- Adjust daily work schedules to meet operational needs
- Promote a positive, service-minded culture
- Communicate policies and ensure workflows are followed
- Submit and follow up on maintenance requests
- Perform Service Assistant duties as needed
