As a Food Production Associate at Three Bakers, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing team responsible for supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced, gluten-free facility. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and operates Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm, allowing for a three-day weekend and a consistent 10-hour shift schedule. The role requires hands-on interaction with industrial mixers and various production line equipment, assisting in the production process to ensure product consistency and high quality. Due to the gluten-free nature of the products, strict adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and contamination prevention methods is mandatory. On-the-job training is provided to familiarize new team members with the detailed production formulas, processes, and safety requirements. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in an active production environment are essential for success in this position.
