Job Requirements
- food protection manager certificate from an ANSI-accredited training provider meeting ASTM International E2659-09 standard practice for certificate programs or required within 90 days of hire
- bilingual English Spanish Mandarin Cantonese depending on PACE site demographics preferred
- minimum of 2 years foodservice experience in food preparation preferred
- foodservice experience with elderly in community or healthcare settings preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience leading or managing foodservice operations preferred
- valid BLS certification or higher following AHA or American Red Cross guidelines required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- coordinate all food services including breakfast and lunch preparations home meals center snacks and special events
- oversee daily duties of kitchen staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- ensure food is received stored prepared served and disposed of per applicable standards
- maintain records for compliance with the Child and Adult Care Food Program and internal policies
- collaborate with regulatory agencies to adhere to guidance and instructions
- manage compliance with health and safety standards in food preparation areas
- support special nutrition programs and events within the organization
