Job Requirements

  • Two years of college
  • Or one year of retail experience and one year of supervisory experience
  • Or two years of general work experience and one year supervisory experience
  • Successful completion of firearms-specific criminal background check and firearms authorized training if applicable
  • Attendance and successful completion of all required training and assessments
  • Compliance with company policies and drug-free workplace standards
  • Ability to support store operations and business goals
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership preferred
  • Experience supervising five or more direct reports
  • Proven ability in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in customer service and store operations
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and implement business solutions
