As a Restaurant Manager at Houligan's Sports Bar, you will play a crucial role in sustaining the restaurant's growth and excellence. This hands-on leadership position involves overseeing the daily operations of the location, including managing the kitchen and dining room to ensure an excellent guest experience. Your responsibilities will extend to supervising all hourly team members and handling both administrative and leadership duties necessary to maintain smooth restaurant operations. You will be instrumental in upholding Houligan's high standards of hospitality and customer service, leading your team to success, and driving continuous development and performance improvements. The role also includes managing payroll, scheduling, inventory control, quality assurance, safety compliance, and fostering community relations. Job Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • food handler certification strongly preferred
  • ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Stonewood operations
  • ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
  • must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • understanding of financial aspects of business operations

Job Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
