Job Requirements
- Must be able to physically perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, 10 pounds constantly
- Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
- Must be able to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Must report to work when scheduled and on time
- Must adhere to company policies and individual store guidelines
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of pre employment drug screen
Job Qualifications

- Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Learn customers' names and address them by name whenever possible
- Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing products, loading or unloading heavy items, noting customer suggestions, and enhancing shopping experience
- Answer telephone promptly and provide friendly, helpful service
- Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and pleasant work environment
- Operate cash register accurately and scan product, report improper cash levels
- Redeem promotional coupons, food stamps, receive cash, checks, complete credit-card transactions, compute discounts, count change, issue receipts
- Place merchandise in bags or boxes and give packages to customers
- Assist with inventory of the department
- Receive and check delivered merchandise, stock shelves and fill displays
- Maintain lot by shoveling snow, spreading ice melt, hosing down the lot
- Fill outside towel holders and replenish window washer fluid
- Remove trash inside and out in timely manner
- Check in product, put product away, review invoices
- Practice proper sanitation procedures and keep work area clean and neat
- Clean registers, restrooms, break room, backroom, sweep and mop floors
- Maintain strict adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and store guidelines
- Report to work when scheduled and on time
- Order merchandise and supplies as needed
- Price products
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required
