Job Duties
- Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation and provide an excellent service
- support with initiative and commitment to the overall objectives of the business in terms of revenue, costs and teamwork
- take ownership of the guest journey to ensure a truly unique Freehand experience
- respond quickly and efficiently to all customer requests and enquiries, maintaining a can do attitude at all times
- demonstrate in-depth knowledge of both the food and beverage menu
- ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety and food hygiene legislation
- develop and train employees to perform to the required standard
- communicate effectively so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve them
