Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean showers and bathrooms in public and employee areas
- clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned areas
- empty trash containers, ashtrays, and waste receptacles in public areas into appropriate containers
- inspect furniture condition, report damage such as breaks, tears, or stains
- clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- contact other departments for urgent repairs
- respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- identify and report preventive maintenance or repair issues in public areas or guest rooms
