Job Description
The iconic Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas is looking for an Executive Pastry Sous Chef to join their award-winning team. The hotel features 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining. The ideal candidate will oversee a small department of Pastry Cooks and report to the Executive Chef.
