Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Chef Manager
- Prior experience in dining service transitions and openings preferred
- Serve Safe, Choke Save, and Allergen certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management highly desirable
- Completion of Certified Dietary Management program preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%
- Reside within commutable distance to major airport
- Ability to work under fast-paced, physically demanding kitchen conditions
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms
- Ability to work flexible schedules including 10 days on and 4 days off
- Physical capability for repetitive motion, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
