Job Duties
- Menu development in cooperation with the Regional Executive Chef
- Lead, mentor, and manage the culinary team
- Maintain strict quality control procedures
- Manage food and labor costs effectively
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Enforce food safety regulations and best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and new cooking techniques
- Collaborate on special events, private dining, and catering services
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance
