Job Duties

  • Menu development in cooperation with the Regional Executive Chef
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the culinary team
  • Maintain strict quality control procedures
  • Manage food and labor costs effectively
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships
  • Enforce food safety regulations and best practices
  • Stay current with industry trends and new cooking techniques
  • Collaborate on special events, private dining, and catering services
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance
