Job Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef or comparable role in a multi-outlet hospitality or resort/casino environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional background
- Proven ability to lead in high-volume, diverse food service settings
- Strong understanding of food cost management, budgeting, and P&L accountability
- Hands-on leadership skills
- Valid Washington Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Current MAST certification
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations across multiple dining outlets on the property
- Lead menu development and recipe standardization to ensure consistency and profitability
- Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Recruit, train, and develop a skilled, high-performing kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to align culinary strategy with guest expectations and business goals
