Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
  • 3+ years as an Executive Chef or comparable role in a multi-outlet hospitality or resort/casino environment
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional background
  • Proven ability to lead in high-volume, diverse food service settings
  • Strong understanding of food cost management, budgeting, and P&L accountability
  • Hands-on leadership skills
  • Valid Washington Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
  • Current MAST certification

Job Qualifications

  • Current MAST certification

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary operations across multiple dining outlets on the property
  • Lead menu development and recipe standardization to ensure consistency and profitability
  • Manage food and labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled, high-performing kitchen team
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Partner with Food & Beverage leadership to align culinary strategy with guest expectations and business goals
