- Proficient in Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint
- Able to travel up to 25 percent for event execution site inspections training or industry conferences
Job Duties
- Assist in the day-to-day management of national events overseeing timelines deadlines and deliverables while supporting vendor communications and attendee logistics
- Coordinate crucial details for events including venue arrangements travel bookings registration processes and event materials ensuring all stakeholders remain informed
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors sponsors and partners through effective communication contract tracking and sponsorship coordination
- Help in tracking event budgets and expenses collaborating closely with finance and the National Events Manager to guarantee precise reporting
- Work alongside regional event coordinators and internal teams to support event planning efforts and share timely updates
- Assist in maintaining event documentation adhering to company standards while ensuring best practices and post-event reports are completed
- Provide general administrative support related to event planning tools and resource management coordinating efficiently between internal and external stakeholders
