Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with event management software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown
  • Support the development of event materials such as programs, invitations, and signage
  • Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure smooth communication
  • Help manage budgets and track expenses associated with events
  • Coordinate registration and attendance tracking for participants
