Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability required
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Capability to lift items with assistance
Excellent customer service skills
Strong multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic knowledge of bowling or entertainment activities is a plus
Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends

Job Duties

Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start
Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
Suggestively sell extensions such as additional entertainment or food and beverage to the pre-ordered event package
Coordinate the setup of all tables, areas, and supplies
Manage the service of food and beverage throughout the event
Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs are exceeded
Assist guests by programming names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and providing quick bowling lessons
