Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams
- 5+ years of experience in environment health and safety EHS
- compliance with drug-free workplace policies
- eligibility to meet export control compliance requirements as a U.S. person
- ability to work full-time on Shift 1 in Everett Washington
- no visa sponsorship provided
- willingness to relocate if eligible
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and or informal role
- 5+ years of experience in environment health and safety EHS
- certified safety professional CSP preferred
Job Duties
- Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one occupational health safety and environmental discipline
- manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety environmental programs processes environmental property assessment and remediation chemical analysis evaluation of chemical processing activities and or related support functions
- develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives
- acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
- provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
- manages develops and motivates employees
