Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams
  • 5+ years of experience in environment health and safety EHS
  • compliance with drug-free workplace policies
  • eligibility to meet export control compliance requirements as a U.S. person
  • ability to work full-time on Shift 1 in Everett Washington
  • no visa sponsorship provided
  • willingness to relocate if eligible

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams in a formal and or informal role
  • 5+ years of experience in environment health and safety EHS
  • certified safety professional CSP preferred

Job Duties

  • Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one occupational health safety and environmental discipline
  • manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety environmental programs processes environmental property assessment and remediation chemical analysis evaluation of chemical processing activities and or related support functions
  • develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives
  • acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
  • provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
  • manages develops and motivates employees
