Job Requirements
- At least 25 years old
- Own an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Have a clean driving record and auto insurance
- Own a 4-door vehicle from 2008 or newer (may vary by region)
- Not required if renting through Express Drive program
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to use a smartphone with Lyft app
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Provide safe and efficient rides to passengers
- Use Lyft app to accept ride requests and navigate to pick-up and drop-off locations
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it meets company standards
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies
- Communicate effectively with passengers to enhance their ride experience
- Complete rides within specified time frames to maximize earnings
- Participate in incentive programs and promotions to boost earnings
