Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five plus years of hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
- One plus years of experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development
- Proven ability to develop and lead teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five plus years of hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
- One plus years of marketing, outside sales, or business development experience
- Proven team development and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Multilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee multi-state hotel operations including hiring, training, and motivating General Managers
- Administer revenue management and budget controls
- Analyze Profit and Loss and General Ledger statements
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, Chambers of Commerce, and Visitors Bureaus
- Manage hotel disciplinary procedures and team leadership
- Lead marketing initiatives for multiple properties
- Drive commitment to quality and operational excellence
