Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five plus years of hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
  • One plus years of experience in marketing, outside sales, or business development
  • Proven ability to develop and lead teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Five plus years of hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
  • One plus years of marketing, outside sales, or business development experience
  • Proven team development and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Multilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee multi-state hotel operations including hiring, training, and motivating General Managers
  • Administer revenue management and budget controls
  • Analyze Profit and Loss and General Ledger statements
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, Chambers of Commerce, and Visitors Bureaus
  • Manage hotel disciplinary procedures and team leadership
  • Lead marketing initiatives for multiple properties
  • Drive commitment to quality and operational excellence
