Job Duties
- set up and breakdown of the dish washing area
- prepare and break down the dish machine and scraping area for service ware and pots
- scrape, rack, and wash service ware as part of a team
- return cleaned items to established storage areas
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- assist with daily cleaning tasks as assigned
- follow safety and hygiene protocols
