Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

experience in a similar cleaning or kitchen support role preferred
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
good teamwork and communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods
knowledge of food safety standards
high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

wash plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares
store and rack cleaned items properly
maintain sparkling clean restrooms
adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for guests and team members
support kitchen and restaurant staff through timely cleaning tasks
follow health and safety guidelines diligently
