Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for long durations

- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards within a kitchen environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Follows all ware washing guidelines set by the company to ensure clean and sanitized plate ware, handles all chemicals correctly as set by company and health department guidelines, empties trash and recycling as needed, cleans and maintains station practicing good safety sanitation organizational skills, has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station, assists with the cleaning sanitation and organization of kitchen walk-in coolers and all storage areas, adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures, assists other team members as needed
