Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have any car, scooter, or bicycle (bicycle applicable in select cities)
- Must possess a driver's license number
- Must have a social security number (US only)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
- Must be 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- Must pass successful ID verification
- Must be 19 years or older in specified states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Consistent access to a smartphone capable of running the DoorDash app
- Valid driver’s license (if using a car, scooter, or motorized vehicle)
- Ability to pass background and ID verification
- Familiarity with local geography and navigation apps
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience markets
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication via the DoorDash app
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery instructions
- Manage cash out and payment processes through the DoorDash app
- Adhere to safety and traffic regulations while on the road
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during deliveries
