Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a reliable vehicle for making deliveries
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have proof of insurance
- Knowledge of delivery area
- Motor vehicle record in good standing
Job Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills, communication skills, and experience
- Must have the ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions, and have strong menu knowledge
- Computer skills (POS system)
- Detail oriented, good organizational skills and able to multi-task and prioritize
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Prioritize deliveries efficiently
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant, including moving and responding quickly for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Exhibit good manners, positive attitude, promptness and proper hygiene
Job Duties
- Greet walk in guests
- Answer phone calls using a company suggested scripts in a fast and courteous manner
- Accurately input orders into the computer system and coordinate proper times for carry out and delivery orders
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- accurately account for all receivables including cash, credit cards, coupons and gift cards
- Practice safe food and beverage handling and clean up at all times
- Assist delivery of meals to dine in guests
- Ensure guest receives service above expectations
- Assist in refills and packaging of food for guests
- Complete daily and weekly duties and cleaning as assigned
- Distribute marketing materials as directed and build brand awareness in a positive manner
