Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- minimum age of 18 years with 2 years driving experience for delivery drivers
- valid food-handler's card
- ability to pass company background check for management candidates
- reliable transportation for delivery drivers
- punctuality and reliability
- friendly and approachable attitude
- ability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record for drivers
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- customer service experience is a plus
- prior delivery experience is a plus
- managerial experience preferred for management roles
Job Duties
- deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers promptly and courteously
- communicate effectively with customers during delivery and via phone
- ensure orders are accurate and complete before delivery
- maintain a clean and organized vehicle used for deliveries
- follow safety and traffic regulations at all times
- participate in team meetings and training sessions
- provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
