Job Requirements
- Must have ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods including moving about dispensary and delivery areas, remaining stationary in vehicle, and communicating directly with people
- Operate point of sale system, computer, and office productivity software
- Prepare patient and customer orders by moving and placing products
- Inspect and receive detailed order and identification information
- Move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently
- Position self to move inventory and materials in storage areas
Job Qualifications
- At least one years of professional driving experience preferred
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass required background checks, including Motor Vehicle Report and state-specific cannabis employment requirements
- Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
- Meet scheduling and availability requirements to work varying shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
- Prior cannabis experience not required
Job Duties
- Load the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the day
- Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
- Work knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks such as changing tires and checking fluids
- Manage documents associated with medical cannabis delivery, ensuring proper documentation and completed manifests are filed
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with dispensary staff
- Communicate timely and effectively when issues arise while making deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
