Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least three years experience in food and beverage industry
  • supervisory experience of six months to one year
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and public
  • valid food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • fluency in English

  • knowledge of cooking techniques for a la carte and banquet settings

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen food service operations
  • oversee and coordinate culinary staff activities
