Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work various stations
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers or microwaves
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the training and development of new crew members
