Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- must possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law
- ability to stand for long periods without a break
- ability to lift and reach as required by the position
- adherence to company dress code and grooming standards
- ability to follow company policies and safety standards
- punctuality and dependability in attendance
Job Qualifications
- Basic math and reading skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good people skills with a friendly and courteous attitude
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures is beneficial but not required
- previous restaurant experience is helpful but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Preparing raw ingredients for menu item production
- preparing menu items for orders
- assisting guests in dining room, lot, dining room cashier, drive-thru cashier, and drive-thru outside order taker roles
- performing daily operations including receiving and storage, preventative maintenance, opening and closing procedures
- adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures
- following guest and employee safety and security policies
- maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance
