Job Requirements
- verifiable proof of high school diploma, GED or higher education
- seven years of verifiable employment
- three-year clean driving record
- ability to pass credit check, 10-year documented background and criminal history checks
- ability to complete TSA testing
- minimum age of 21
- possession of valid class D driver’s license
- maintenance of clean and verifiable driving history
- ability to meet MNX’s driver safety standards
- ability to lift over 70lbs
- ability to pass UPS test and obtain badge for OAK airport access
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to cover shifts for other drivers
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- load and unload shipments for delivery
- knowledge of and abide by all safety, security, and operating procedures for pickup and delivery of customer packages and operating motor vehicles including remaining in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- scan information on airbills and manifests
- communicate effectively in English
- provide direction to team members
- maintain adherence to driver safety standards
- cover shifts when other drivers are on vacation or leave sick
