Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sports, travel or hospitality industry
  • Must be flexible with work and travel schedule including holidays
  • Ability to travel for work up to 25% or more
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and prioritizing work effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sports, travel or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative style and ability to work well within teams
  • Experience or interest in collegiate sports and event operations preferred
  • Self-motivated with continuous development mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Job Duties

  • Communicate daily with housing clients to manage event logistics
  • Manage the live event process ensuring smooth operations
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks while prioritizing work effectively
  • Provide guest service support and resolve issues via phone and email
  • Foster relationships with guests, hotels, transportation, and vendors
  • Create event and hotel builds in proprietary systems
  • Support Sports Experiences team with event material preparation
  • Assist with guest check-in, ID, badge distribution, and event communications
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support website content and create collateral materials
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts including calls and email campaigns to cross-sell services
  • Compile and maintain event summary reports including sales and hotel data
  • Support Accounting with billing, reconciliation, and collections
  • Analyze processes to identify and implement productivity improvements
  • Provide customer support and assist Customer Service with incoming sales calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
