Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of related culinary experience preferred
ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
capable of working varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations

minimum 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
ability to prepare and present nutritious food efficiently
familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as grill stations
strong customer service skills

Job Duties

prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal business operations
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
