Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of previous related experience beneficial
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Open availability preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary environment beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to read and follow recipes
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Adaptability to varying work shifts and meal services
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste and maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
