Willingness to work rotating shifts
Ability to work every other weekend and major holidays
Ability to follow food safety protocols
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare all hot foods for patient trayline
Prepare foods for café and hospital functions
Cook entrees, vegetables, starches, and bakery items
Ensure food quality and presentation meet hospital standards
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Rotate shifts including weekends and holidays
Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet patient dietary needs
