  • demonstrated manual dexterity and coordination in handling kitchen tools and equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food production planning
  • ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed
  • handle kitchen equipment and utensils with care, demonstrating manual dexterity
  • communicate effectively with team members in English to coordinate tasks
  • lift and move kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed, including climbing stairs when required
