Job Requirements

- Related experience or training in the restaurant industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills

- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to smoke, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures

- Maintain portion and waste control using systems standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
