Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to operate a stand-up forklift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
  • Ability to bend, push, pull, climb, or lift
  • Experience in manufacturing or food production environment preferred
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to use basic hand tools

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in machine operations, preferably in manufacturing or food production
  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance tools and methodologies
  • Ability to operate a stand-up forklift preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Proficient in reading and writing English
  • Experience working in a diverse team environment

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to autonomous maintenance standards
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and progress maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance protocols
  • Participate in root cause analysis and breakdown elimination activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production line performance
  • Execute shutdown maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members
