Job Duties
- Manage the maintenance staff and oversee all repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems
- Inspect and maintain the physical features of the property including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects
- Drive financial performance through effective management of capital expenditures and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory safety requirements
- Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and team development within the engineering department
